Job Overview
  • Permanent headcount, based in Singapore
  • Leading corporate firm (In-house)
  • Work on various transactions, i.e. Debt, Equity, and Capital market issuances; M&A; Divestment and investments; etc., preferably in Oil & Gas, Energy, Infrastructure sectors
Responsibilities
  • Support senior management in executing a range of corporate transactions, including debt and equity financing, capital market issuances, mergers & acquisitions, divestments, and investments
  • Prepare professional presentations, pitch materials, and marketing documents for financing and strategic transactions
  • Develop detailed financial projections, debt models, and valuation analyses (DCF, comparable, precedent)
  • Participate in and lead discussions and negotiations with lenders, investors, and other financial partners
  • Collaborate with internal business leaders and operational teams to ensure timely execution of strategic projects and transactions
  • Provide financial and accounting support for new projects and investments within the Group
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in corporate finance, preferably in above sectors
  • Proven track record in structuring, executing, and concluding financing transactions
  • Strong financial modelling and valuation expertise (DCF, comparable analysis, scenario modelling)
  • Solid foundation in accounting principles and corporate finance concepts
  • Results-driven and thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments
  • Excellent business communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Willingness to travel up to 20–30% as required
