Job summary

Job description
Operational and Programme Management
  • Manage and supervise the Community Hubs operations in pursuance to MINDS and the Cluster's overall vision and objectives.
  • Ensure the programmes in the Community Hubs are run in accordance to funding bodies' requirements with high standard of corporate governance. These programmes include day activity programme, drop-in services, community engagement, direct care services, and work readiness.
  • Provide trans- or multi-disciplinary case management inputs to Allied Health Professionals (AHPs) for the case work, behaviour management, programmes and activities.
  • Ensure the timely submission of reports internally and externally.
  • Ensure emergency plans and SOPs are reviewed, briefed to staff and followed for the safety, well-being of clients and staff.
Leadership Management
  • Provide guidance, mentoring, supervision to the Asst Manager of each Community Hub and the Clerical Officers on their duties.
  • Provide leadership direction and guidance to all staff in the Community Hubs.
Financial Management
  • Oversee the budget planning and budget utilisation of the Community Hubs within the Cluster.
  • Ensure processes and procedures are followed, and preparation for audits.
Resource Management
  • Manage the use of resources allocated in the Community Hubs within the cluster.
  • Review funding proposals for delivery of services for the programmes in the Community Hubs within the cluster.
  • Work with the Senior Manager Regional Hub to ensure that resources with the Cluster are optimised and allocated efficiently.
  • Recruitment, retention and development of staff in the Community Hubs within the cluster.
Develop and Drive Community Integration and Inclusion
  • Develop programmes and services that activate and work with the community partners and resources that drive community interactions between clients and the community.
  • Renew, develop and execute programmes which will enhance the quality of life of our clients, the caregivers and the community.
