A premier recruitment firm in Singapore is seeking a leader for community care services. This role involves providing strategic oversight, ensuring compliance, and building regional partnerships. Candidates must possess at least 5 years of relevant experience in community care or healthcare operations, with proven leadership and stakeholder engagement skills. Provide overall leadership and direction for regional community care services, ensuring alignment with organisational strategy and national priorities.
Translate organisational goals into regional operational plans, KPIs, and outcomes.
Drive service integration, innovation, and continuous improvement across regions.
Responsible for optimal operations of all SCCs and AACs and regional Integrated Community Care.
Ensure compliance with service standards, funding requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
Drive centre performance, service quality, client outcomes, and regional KPIs.
Optimise manpower planning, deployment, and workflows across regions.
People & Capability Development
Lead and develop Centre Managers and ICCP executives
Build capability and succession planning within regional teams.
Foster a collaborative, energetic, resourceful and high-performing culture across regions
Provide strategic oversight for Integrated Community Care Provider (ICCP) initiatives across regions.
Ensure programmes are responsive to regional community needs and aligned with national ageing initiatives.
Evaluate programme effectiveness and scale successful models across regions.
Build and strengthen relationships with regional stakeholders, community partners, public healthcare institutions, and government agencies.
Representative in regional platforms, networks, and sector forums.
Develop partnerships that enhance service delivery, outreach, and community impact.
Ensure compliance with organisational policies, funding agreements, and regulatory requirements.
Report, propose, and share performance updates to the CEO and board management committees.
Facilitate audits, evaluations, and funding submissions related to regional services.
Perform any other duties as directed by the said reporting officer.
At least 5 years of relevant experience in community care, healthcare operations, or social service management, including leadership and people management responsibilities.
Strong understanding of regional service delivery models, ageing services, and regulatory requirements in Singapore.
Proven leadership, people management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, resource allocation, and optimisation across regions.
Excellent communication, analytical, and decision-making abilities
Must be confident to manage a cluster of 4 centres.
