Job description

You’ll steward SGH’s brand strategy and governance, contributing to positioning, narrative development, and consistency across all touchpoints to ensure differentiated brand presence. You’ll also provide strategic counsel on brand‑aligned decisions, enforce quality standards, and manage brand performance through data analysis and insights. A key component of your brand stewardship involves representing SGH to foreign visitors and key stakeholders, creating compelling media stories, and supporting crisis communications.

Job Requirements
  • A degree in a relevant discipline with minimum 8 years of professional experience in brand, marketing, or communications.
  • Proven experience managing large, complex, or regulated brands (healthcare, public sector, education, or financial services preferred).
  • Demonstrated track record of leading high‑impact brand or communications initiatives and managing agencies and cross‑functional teams.
  • Deep understanding of brand strategy, positioning, and narrative development with ability to operate at both strategic and executional levels.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, with high professional integrity and discretion.
  • Strong strategic thinking and judgement in complex environments, comfortable with ambiguity and change.
