Senior Manager, Client Service (Relocate to Singapore)

What We Do: The Client Service team connects Guidepoint's clients with subject-matter experts to better inform their business decisions. They understand each client's specific research needs and deliver experts quickly, often within hours.

Role Overview: The Senior Vice President, Client Service will manage the performance and quality of the Client Service team in Singapore. This includes providing strategic leadership, mentoring, optimizing service delivery, and supporting staffing and client relationships. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a strategic mindset, and a focus on team performance, operational excellence, and client satisfaction. Relocation support will be provided.

What You Will Own:
  • Lead and manage the Client Service division in Singapore, setting a vision for excellent client engagement and fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Allocate client accounts strategically among team members to ensure balanced workloads and optimal service.
  • Strengthen client relationships by delivering exceptional service and addressing concerns promptly.
  • Implement strategies to improve client satisfaction and retention.
  • Conduct market and competitor analyses to identify areas for differentiation and improvement.
  • Optimize servicing processes to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Monitor team performance metrics and address deviations from standards.
  • Coach and support team members for performance improvement and professional growth.
  • Collaborate with global leaders and stakeholders to align strategies with organizational goals.
Experience You Will Bring:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related fields.
  • Extensive experience in Client Service or Account Management, preferably in an international professional services environment.
  • 5+ years of leadership and team management experience, with a track record of building high-performing teams.
  • High emotional intelligence and flexibility.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English.
