You'll be at the forefront of digital transformation, designing and implementing innovative solutions that enhance patient care, streamline operations, and empower our healthcare professionals with the tools they need to deliver exceptional outcomes.

We are seeking a Senior Manager to spearhead our automation initiatives and drive digital innovation across our healthcare ecosystem. You'll play a pivotal role in establishing digital Centers of Excellence, managing complex technology portfolios, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement that positions SingHealth as a leader in healthcare digitisation.

What You’ll Do:

You will develop comprehensive roadmaps for digital initiatives with a specialised focus on automation and process optimisation, setting clear objectives and success metrics that align with SingHealth's strategic goals. Your leadership will guide cross‑functional teams through the complete project lifecycle, from ideation to execution, ensuring seamless integration with existing healthcare workflows. You'll establish and manage digital Centers of Excellence whilst championing automation technologies including Robotic Process Automation (RPA), chatbots, and Microsoft 365 solutions. Your strategic expertise will drive transformational initiatives that promote widespread adoption of emerging technologies across our organisation. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you'll develop annual plans and budgets for digital projects, efficiently managing diverse technology portfolios whilst serving as our automation expert in committees, task forces, and strategic discussions. You'll oversee digital platforms including websites, mobile applications, and automation tools, ensuring optimal performance and providing responsive support. Additionally, you'll stay at the cutting edge of healthcare technology trends, regularly assessing new opportunities for adoption whilst fostering innovation and digital literacy throughout SingHealth.

Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree advantageous)
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in the IT industry with at least 2 years in managerial or supervisory roles
  • High proficiency in automation technologies, particularly RPA, voice/chatbots, and Microsoft 365 technologies
  • Strong foundational knowledge across diverse digital technologies
  • Excellent project management skills with ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and deliver timely results
  • Strategic mindset with ability to translate digital strategies into actionable automation plans
  • Strong communication and influencing skills to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders
  • Proven stakeholder management abilities with experience collaborating across healthcare professional groups
  • Self‑directed approach with commitment to continuous learning and staying current with technological advancements
  • Adaptable and versatile with demonstrated ability to pivot between technology domains and evolving responsibilities
