Job summary

VITAL is seeking a Senior Manager/Manager, Assurance & Risk in Singapore to provide expert oversight across audit coordination, risk management, quality management, and governance improvement. You will translate risk insights into practical recommendations and support ISO 9001 quality initiatives while engaging with government-wide requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience in assurance and risk management, preferably in corporate or public sector.
• Knowledge of governance standards, risk assessment and management, accounting and auditing procedures.
• Good analytical and critical thinking skills; able to identify risks and compliance gaps.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently and deliver quality outcomes.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate internal and external audit workplans for adequate coverage of high-risk areas.
• Analyze findings to identify systemic trends and opportunities to strengthen controls.
• Support remediation actions to address control weaknesses effectively.
• Provide advisory support on audit, risk and compliance matters to business units.
• Support enterprise risk management, risk registers and governance reviews.
