Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. Singapore seeks an experienced Senior Manager/Associate Director in Residential Brokerage to lead key client relationships, drive leasing, sales and acquisitions for high-end residential projects, and contribute to strategic growth in a dynamic market.

You will negotiate deals, supervise teams and coordinate with developers, owners and tenants while upholding CBRE’s standards of service and integrity. Mandarin-language ability is preferred and a CEA license is required.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years’ experience in real estate sales and leasing in Singapore.
• Residential sector experience, preferably high-end/luxury.
• Real estate CEA license is required.
• Demonstrated negotiation skills and consistent sales performance.
• Excellent client relationship management skills.
• Bilingual; Mandarin preferred due to client base.
• Strong organizational skills; manage multiple projects and teams.
• Motivated, self-driven, results-oriented.
• Enthusiasm to complete transactions and provide high service levels.

Responsibilities

Our Residential Projects team is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Associate Director to join and contribute to the team.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, owners , developers and tenants within the Residential space ensuring regular lead generation
• Generating business in leasing, selling and purchasing residential properties on behalf of owners and tenants
• Recognising client needs and expectations and responding to these efficiently and professionally
• Conduct site inspections to assess viability and potential
• Continuously source business through networking, organising marketing and preparing pitch proposals
• Building a solid track record in your market hitting revenue targets and leading from the front
• Preferably with experience connecting with the residential network and authorities, where familiarity with local policies will be an advantage.
• Any other responsibilities from client instructions and business initiatives

What You’ll Need

• Minimum of 8-10 years’ experience in real estate sales and leasing with in-depth knowledge of the Singapore market
• Experience and knowledge of the Residential sector, preferably in the high-end/luxury segment
• Candidate must possess a real estate CEA license
• Demonstrated experience in effective negotiation skills and consistent sales performance
• Excellent client relationship management skills
• Bilingual, with Mandarin-speaking ability preferred due to proximity to Mandarin-speaking clients
• Superior organizational skills - ability to manage multiple projects and teams
• A strong work ethic, and willingness to work hard and cohesively in a team
• Highly motivated, self-driven, and results-oriented
• Enthusiasm and commitment to complete transactions and provide high levels of service to clients
