The actual location of this job is in Singapore.

This role is based at our Singapore site and involves leading portfolio governance and PMO processes. The Portfolio Management Office Manager is supporting processes implementation and governance associated to a given portfolio at site level. This position will ensure all projects are executed to a defined standard within the site department/functions, in charge of coordination of site portfolio validation and prioritization according to site resource availabilities, provide full transparency on all projects being executed requiring site resources and work in close collaboration with other PMO organizations to manage dependencies.

What you will do
  • Ensure Projects are managed according to standard defined.
  • Contribute to definition of documentation, templates and reporting standards under coordination of Bio Div PMO manager.
  • Uphold data integrity principles in accordance to Lonza policies. Proactively evaluate, identify and improve data integrity process.
  • Support local training and roll out of processes.
  • Run site prioritization review.
  • Define and manage project allocations and time booking for effective resource management.
  • Manage the Demand process and coordinate supporting meetings (ideation and stage gate process for project approval).
  • Actively contribute to the preparation of funding for programs and projects (ESR, CAR and Lump sum) if necessary.
  • Coordinate with other site PMO teams to manage dependencies.
  • Ensure site portfolio reporting and elevate risk and issue from site portfolio execution at Division level.
What we are looking for
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or related field. PMP certification preferred.
  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in project management or PMO leadership within a regulated industry.
  • Strong knowledge of portfolio governance, resource planning, and risk management.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced, matrix organization.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office Suite.
  • Commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement.
