We are seeking to recruit a Senior Manager / Associate Director, Digital & Performance Marketing to lead and transform our digital and performance marketing strategy across paid media, CRM, SEO, and web.
This is a pivotal role for a data-savvy, results-driven digital marketer with deep performance media experience, ready to own strategy, deliver real business impact, and grow into a senior leadership role.
Key Responsibilities
Performance Media Strategy & Execution
- Lead and own the digital performance strategy and paid media across SEM (Google Ads, Bing), Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Programmatic, Display, Remarketing, Affiliate marketing and more.
- Manage performance marketing agency partners to deliver strong results and hold them accountable for full-funnel campaign setup, execution, testing, and optimisation.
- Be hands-on when needed, with the technical depth and experience to audit campaigns, troubleshoot performance issues, and set up new initiatives and strategic campaigns independently.
- Drive campaign planning, audience segmentation, A/B testing, landing page optimisation, and full funnel performance strategy.
- Ensure strong ROI and ongoing improvement and optimisation across all digital and paid media channels.
Digital Marketing Leadership
- Build and implement a digital roadmap to support enrolment growth and increase brand visibility through performance media, website, SEO/SEM, Salesforce CRM, and marketing automation.
- Shape the future of our in-house digital marketing capability – with potential to scale and manage a performance marketing team.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align on strategy and optimise lead-to-enrolment conversion.
- Oversee and manage digital budget, compliance, and campaign governance.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track and optimise KPIs like lead volume, CPL, cost per qualified lead, ROAS, funnel conversion, and enrolments.
- Build and analyse dashboards using Google Analytics (GA4), Salesforce, Power BI and platform-level reporting.
- Translate insights into strategic recommendations that drive real impact.
Stakeholder Engagement & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Act as the digital marketing subject matter expert to senior leaders.
- Present campaign performance, funnel insights, and optimisation plans to cross-functional teams and executives in a clear, impactful manner.
- Collaborate with IT and Commercial functions on data tracking, integration, and CRM alignment.
Position Requirements
- Bachelor\'s degree in marketing, communications or a related field is required.
- 5 – 7+ years in digital marketing, with proven success in performance media and lead generation.
- Expertise in Google Ads, Meta, Programmatic, SEM, and CRM systems like Salesforce.
- Strong analytical skills and proven ability to turn insights into action and business impact.
- Knowledge of SEO, website, and landing page conversion, with fluency in Google Analytics, Power BI, Excel, Salesforce, and campaign platforms. Webflow CMS experience a plus.
- Hands-on experience in campaign execution and performance optimisations.
- Experience managing external agencies, digital specialists and/or freelancers to strong performance outcomes.
- Experience in ROI and lead-gen-driven environments – education, eCommerce, property, financial services or tech preferred.
