  • Review and enhance existing fund management practices in accordance to NUS policies.
  • Long term strategic planning for the sustainability of the Housing Sinking Funds.
  • Cashflow Management.
  • Capital Expenditure Planning and Projection.
  • Optimize the investment of uncommitted funds.
  • Ensure effective communication to all levels to ensure clear management direction and alignment.
  • Maintain good documentation of the cashflow and investment position at all times.
  • Data submission for the monthly reports and progress updates.
  • Support the vision and mission of Campus Life Housing Services and NUS.
  • Any other duties as required by the Director.
Qualifications
  • Degree with at least 7 to 10 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in Finance Management, Banking or related industries.
  • Strong analytical skills and demonstrated capabilities in the successful implementation of cross-functional initiatives and capital projects.
  • Team-player with excellent written and oral communication as well as strong people skills.
  • Strong understanding of Economics & Financial principles.
  • Good analytical, interpersonal, and communications skills including cost benefit analysis skills.
  • Good organizational/planning and administrative skills.
  • Passionate in working with a diverse population comprising staff, students, customers and stakeholders.
