Job Description:
GFTN seeks a strategic thought leader, who will own the development of all research content for GFTN. The candidate is expected to personally contribute to reports and play a pivotal role in content strategy, quality assurance, AI innovation, and business growth initiatives. We would also like to maximize the value and impact of GFTN’s proprietary AI engine in research
Key Responsibilities:
- Research Content Leadership – Oversee the full cycle of research output for GFTN, developing and delivering original content directly and leveraging the AI engine to scale content production for client deliverables, internal knowledge, GFTN Solutions, and commissioned studies.
- Business Integration – Identify, prioritize, and champion high-impact business and client use cases where the AI engine can deliver significant value across GFTN's solutions, sector insights, and thought leadership.
- Content & Insight Curation – Set and maintain quality, accuracy, and relevance standards for all AI-generated outputs; curate knowledge bases and ensure all AI research and insights align with GFTN’s standards of excellence.
- Solutions Enablement – Design and deliver playbooks, training programs, and support frameworks that embed AI-driven research into GFTN’s core offerings and workflows.
- Client Solutions Development – Collaborate with sector leaders to co-create custom AI-driven research products, focused reports, market intelligence, and analytical tools tailored to client needs.
- Adoption & Scaling – Champion the adoption of AI-driven knowledge creation practices across all business units, monitor content usage and effectiveness, and iterate features and processes in close partnership with product and technology teams.
- Quality & Governance – Establish policies, controls, and best practices for responsible and ethical AI use, ensuring compliance, data confidentiality, and consistent standards across all research outputs.
- Commercial Impact – Collaborate with leadership to measure and optimize ROI of AI-enabled research, identify commercialization opportunities, and support business development efforts.
Profile:
- 7–10+ years of experience in management consulting, research, analytics, or a related field with a strong record of business impact.
- Demonstrated ability to craft compelling research content (reports, insights, whitepapers) and/or manage high-volume research content programs, including direct authorship and overseeing AI-generated content.
- Robust understanding of AI/ML technologies, particularly as applied within professional services, research, or analytics environments.
- Proven stakeholder management skills, strong business acumen, and the ability to translate complex client needs into effective, AI-enabled solutions.
- Proficiency in developing and rolling out new research tools, platforms, or processes at scale.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills with an ability to distil complex ideas into clear, actionable insights for diverse audiences.
- Track record of driving user adoption of innovative tools or methodologies.
