Job summary

Job description

Responsibilities:

• Routinely inspect machinery, equipment, and building systems to identify potential issues and malfunctions to ensure machines and facilities reliability
• Perform electrical / electronic / mechanical aspects maintenance and repair activities
• Execute and implement preventive maintenance program to prevent breakdowns, such as lubricating parts, checking fluid levels, and replacing worn-out components
• Install and commission new equipment, systems, machinery and facilities capabilities to ensure they are set up correctly and function as intended
• Develop new machines and facilities through project work participation
• Log all maintenance activities, work orders, and parts used for future reference and operational analysis
• Develop and maintain an electrical / electronic / mechanical suppliers maintenance / repair support system
• Provide training and in-house coaching and external courses to staff

Job Requirements

• At least Diploma or degree in Electrical / Electronic engineering with at least 4 – 5 years of experience in manufacturing machine maintenance and repair
• Strong competencies in electrical / electronic and other technical systems maintenance and repairs
• Having good electrical knowledge and proficient hands-on skills for troubleshooting, repairs of faulty PCB’s and temperature controllers
• Provide close loop feedback on control systems, pressure controllers and servo motor drives, power inverters, AC/DC drives, relays, contactors, electric circuits, PLCs. HMI, electrical cabinets, power supplies, motion controllers, PLC controllers
• Able to work independently and outside normal hours
