Job summary

Digo Corporation Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a seasoned M&E Lead to supervise and manage the M&E team, ensuring maintenance works meet safety and quality standards while delivering on schedule. You will plan and coordinate site activities, work with contractors and internal teams, and ensure documentation and reporting are thorough.

Strong leadership, analytical and organisational skills are essential to manage multiple stakeholders and perform under pressure.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, ACMV or equivalent + minimum 7 years relevant working experience, OR Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, ACMV or equivalent + minimum 10 years relevant working experience
• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (Green Building Technology)
• Strong leadership, analytical, and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders
• Able to work independently and handle pressure in a complex environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Strong experience in building services or facilities management will be an advantage
• Relevant BCA Academy qualifications such as Specialist Diploma / Advanced Certificate in M&E Coordination Supervision & Coordination in M&E Works or Green Building Operations & Maintenance

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and manage the M&E team in carrying out maintenance and engineering works
• Oversee daily operations, preventive maintenance, and project execution activities
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor site works to ensure timely completion within budget and quality standards
• Work closely with contractors, consultants, and internal teams to resolve site issues and technical discrepancies
• Ensure all operations comply with client requirements, safety standards, and statutory regulations
• Monitor and evaluate performances of vendors, contractors, and consultants to ensure service quality and contractual compliance
• Conduct regular meetings with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams
• Provide technical guidance and support to ensure efficient system operations and problem resolution
• Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and tracking of project and maintenance activities
