An established M&E consulting firm in Singapore seeks a Senior Drafter with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in M&E. Knowledge of local building codes and submission procedures is preferred, with salary based on experience.

Responsibilities

My clients are established M&E consultant firms in town area

5 days week

Multiple opens. Senior Drafter

Min 3 years in M&E. Electrical, ACMV, Fire, Plumbing

Responsibilities

• To develop 2D detail design drawings, relevant drawing standards(preferably with BIM experience)
• To assist in coordinating all M&E services drawings related to structural, architectural, landscape and interior design
• Prepare drawings independently and review own work prior submissions
• Update and maintain current drawings / documentation

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma or Degree
• Mechanical or Electrical Engineering background
• Proficient in (Autocad Revit)
• Familiar with local building codes
• Familiar with local submission procedures
• Preferably experience in a consultant environment

Salary depends on experience. Candidates who can do sizing and min supervision from engineer will command a higher salary.
