The Senior M&E Coordinator (Construction) is responsible for the coordination and execution of all M&E works at site in a timely manner.
Job Responsibilities
- Understand contract requirements and M&E specifications to monitor progress, quality of workmanship, and compliance with project requirements and construction schedule
- Liaise with design consultants on the design intent
- Coordinate with in-house architectural & structural team to minimize discrepancies
- Check and prepare material samples with shop drawing submission
- Chair M&E coordination meetings
- Prepare M&E coordination drawings and liaise with Architectural Coordinators and Design Engineers for drawing issuance
- Assess, prepare and submit progress claims for project consultants & subcontractors
- Coordinate and assist site superintendent on installation and maintenance of site temporary utilities services
- Adhere to safety practices in the workplace

Job Requirements
- Preferably with a Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized University
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Mechanical & Electrical services from an A1 main contractor
- Candidate with PPVC construction experience is most preferred
- Candidate with full-cycle experience in condo residential, mixed development, or data center projects would have an added advantage
- Good written and spoken English
- Exhibit good character of strength, willing to learn and resourceful
- Good stakeholder engagement and management skills
- Good organizational, administrative and time management skills
- Able to work independently and as a team player in a fast and dynamic work environment
