Job summary

Meiban Micro Pte Ltd is seeking a Principal Engineer – LSR Process Technology in Singapore to lead LSR molding across the full medical device lifecycle, ensuring regulatory compliance and high-quality production. You will partner with R&D, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, Operations, and Supply Chain to support compliant manufacturing.

The role emphasizes process development, validation, and sustaining engineering with focus on ISO 13485, FDA QSR, and 21 CFR requirements, while mentoring engineers

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Materials, Polymer, or Biomedical Engineering.
• 10+ years of experience in LSR molding in medical device manufacturing.
• Strong experience with medical device regulations and quality systems (ISO 13485, FDA QSR/QMSR).
• Proven expertise in process development, validation (IQ/OQ/PQ), and sustaining engineering.
• Experience supporting audits, inspections, and regulated change management.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and cross-functional communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for LSR molding across all lifecycle phases.
• Collaborate with R&D, QA, Regulatory, and Operations to ensure compliance.
• Lead development and validation of LSR molding processes.
• Support design for manufacturability and DFx reviews for medical devices.
• Oversee supplier qualification, audits, and technology transfers.
• Mentor engineers in scientific molding and lifecycle practices.
• Act as SME for LSR molding in medical device applications.
