Join us in this newly created role as a Senior Logistics Specialist and make your mark in a growing regional team

Job Responsibilities
  • Responsible for developing and coordinating logistics plans and operations for exports from regional subsidiaries (China, Vietnam, Thailand to Europe, North America, Asia Pacific, and other regions)
  • Organize, plan, and arrange express, air, and sea freight exports to foreign countries in the most economical way possible, while ensuring timely delivery and tracking safe receipt
  • Produce and verify all export-related documents and files
  • Contact suppliers, procurement departments, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and foreign colleagues to solve problems encountered during logistics operations
  • Organize and summarize relevant documents and materials for each transaction, archive and file them after review, and regularly complete daily, weekly, and monthly reports
  • Assist superiors in developing and identifying new logistics suppliers and channels to improve the overall logistics service level of the company
  • Take on additional duties and projects assigned to support the team and business objectives
Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of international shipping regulations and customs processes, with 3 years of relevant experience
  • Meticulous, highly responsible, strong learning ability, and excellent planning and organizational skills
  • Good interpersonal communication skills, proactive, and a strong team player
  • Proficiency in MS Office, ERP experience is a plus
  • Fluency in spoken and written Mandarin to liaise with Chinese counterparts
