Job summary

Wecruit Pte Ltd is seeking a Warehouse and Logistics Assistant to support import and export cargo operations in Singapore. You will handle receiving, storage, picking, packing and loading, ensuring accuracy and efficient movement of goods within the warehouse.

You must follow SOPs, maintain a clean and safe workplace, and operate forklifts or reach trucks when licensed. The role involves stocktaking, inventory verification and collaboration with other departments to meet daily operational needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in receiving, put-away, picking, packing and loading/unloading.
• Familiarity with SOPs and safety regulations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Forklift/reach truck licensing may be required for equipment operation.

Responsibilities

• Carry out warehouse and logistics activities for import and export cargo.
• Perform receiving, put-away, checking, retrieval, loading and unloading.
• Repack and palletise according to established procedures.
• Ensure accurate handling and proper storage of goods.
• Assist with physical stocktaking and inventory verification.
• Operate forklifts and reach trucks where necessary, subject to licensing.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organised warehouse environment.
• Support other departments to meet daily operational requirements.
• Adhere to company SOPs and workplace safety regulations.
• Carry out other job-related responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.
