Job summary

Agoda is seeking a Staff/Lead LLM Data Scientist based in Singapore to design, build, and own LLM-based trip planning systems. You will translate product problems into concrete ML/LLM designs, and collaborate with product and engineering to balance trade-offs shaping the user experience.

You will work on production-grade LLM workflows, including RAG and agent orchestration, applying strong data science skills to evolving, open-ended problems in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on data science experience with modeling, feature engineering, and statistics.
• Experience building and operating production LLM systems such as RAG and agent orchestration.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in open-ended, evolving spaces.
