• Solid experience in retail sales, ideally within fashion or lingerie.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills; proficient in Excel.
• Skilled in executing promotions and coordinating retail events.
• Experience in managing inventory across multiple stores.
• Ability to oversee store operations and visual merchandising.
• Excellent communication in English & Mandarin.
• Proven ability to supervise and coach store staff.
