Job summary

Randstad Singapore on behalf of a prominent global technology infrastructure company seeks a Legal Counsel to support regional operations and strategic growth. The role offers high visibility to advise on complex regional technology transactions.

You will draft, review and advise on technology infrastructure related and other commercial agreements, IP matters, M&A, and disputes as they arise, working with stakeholders across borders.

Qualifications

• Qualified lawyer with at least 5 years post-qualification experience.
• Experience negotiating high-value and complex commercial contracts.
• Experience in technology or infrastructure industries or with M&A and IP matters advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review and advise on technology infrastructure and other commercial agreements.
• Advise on intellectual property matters.
• Participate in mergers and acquisitions.
• Advise on disputes as they arise.
