Job summary

A leading technology company in Singapore is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to manage commercial contracts and provide strategic legal guidance on regulatory and compliance matters for their data centre and GPU infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years PQE, preferably with corporate/commercial law experience, and a solid understanding of Singapore's regulatory landscape. Qualifications

• At least 5 years PQE in Singapore, preferably with corporate/commercial law experience.
• Experience in the technology sector is preferred.
• Solid understanding of Singapore’s regulatory and compliance landscape.
• Familiarity in Malaysian and US contract law is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate business contracts with external suppliers, clients, and partners.
• Provide legal guidance on data centre operations and technology procurement.
• Advise on regulatory and compliance matters for cross-border operations.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to structure agreements that mitigate risk.
• Support internal corporate governance and legal matters as needed.
