Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of relevant legal experience, preferably in a commercial in-house role.
• Prior exposure to shipping, maritime, commodities, or infrastructure sectors is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate a range of legal documents including commercial contracts, LOIs, MOUs, and NDAs.
• Prepare board and shareholder resolutions, and maintain minutes for key meetings.
• Assist in compliance training, audits, and regulatory submissions.
