Job Summary

The successful applicant will be responsible for providing legal advice and coordinating legal services on the commercial, operational, and regulatory matters to the company. The company manages real estate assets in China, Japan, Singapore, Taiwan and the UK.

Job Responsibilities

• Draft and review contracts and other legal documentation as required.
• Provide legal support in countries that we operate in.
• Identify, negotiate and work with law firms in the respective countries we operate in.
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality to preserve and protect the interests of the company.

Job Requirements

• A law degree from a recognized university.
• Familiar with regulations pertaining to the real estate industry.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly identify issues and collaborate with stakeholders to provide effective solutions.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to draft legal advice and opinions clearly and concisely in both English and Chinese.
