Job summary

NYP Nanyang Polytechnic invites an experienced educator to design, develop and deliver curriculum for PET and CET in Precision Machining, CAD, Metrology and Industry 4.0. You will mentor learners, supervise projects and engage with industry partners to translate theory into practice.

The role requires a relevant engineering degree and at least 3 years in manufacturing or precision engineering, with hands-on CNC, CAD/CAM, IoT and metrology experience.

Qualifications

• Degree in Manufacturing or Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 3 years of relevant industry experience in manufacturing/precision engineering
• Experience in CNC, CAD/CAM, IoT, Metrology, and programming languages (Python/Java/MSSQL)

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and deliver PET and CET curricula in Precision Machining, CAD, Metrology and Industry 4.0
• Lead R&D and industry collaboration projects
• Supervise student projects and assess performance
• Engage with industry bodies to keep curriculum current
