Job summary

Nanyang Polytechnic is recruiting for an educator to support PET and CET programmes, delivering curriculums, projects and industry collaborations in a hybrid environment at our Singapore campus.

The role emphasizes mentoring learners, using AI and data analytics tools, and driving digital learning through LMS and online delivery. Strong biology/engineering background plus 3 years plus of relevant experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant work experience in biologics manufacturing, upstream and/or downstream processing.
• Qualifications in science or chemical engineering.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in digital skills, AI and data analytics tools, with ability to adapt and multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Develop course including curriculum development, course delivery (face-to-face & online) and project supervision.
• Prepare and grade assessments and supervise learners in daily course work.
• Manage Learning Management System (LMS) and use interactive tools to enhance teaching and learning.
• Act as Personal Mentor to learners, support pastoral care and handle admin matters.
• Support school strategies through committees and projects.
• Identify new opportunities and collaborations with industry.
• Manage and undertake project development with industry.
