Job summary

The School of Applied Science at Public Service Division invites applications for a Lecturer/Senior Lecturer (Continuing Education & Training). The role focuses on designing CET curricula in diverse fields, delivering courses to adult learners in evenings or weekends, and mentoring learners to strengthen workplace learning.

Ideal candidates will have a relevant degree, 5+ years in science/education or related fields, and skills in digital learning tools.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for adult learners.
• Ability to facilitate learning for working professionals.
• Experience with designing CET programmes.
• Proficiency with digital learning technologies.
• Qualifications WSQ certifications such as ACLP/ACTA/DACE are an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop CET curriculum in multiple subject areas.
• Deliver curriculum to adult learners during evenings or weekends.
• Provide mentorship to adult learners.
• Engage with industry partners and support on-the-job training (OJT) planning.
• Lead or participate in applied research and workplace consultancy projects.
