A property management company in Singapore seeks an individual for the role of Tenancy and Lease Manager. Job description

The incumbent will be employed under the Work+Store entity to support its day-to-day operations and growth.

Job Responsibilities
  • Overall responsible for Tenancy Matters and Lease Management for Self-Storage tenants.
  • Site Management and ensure Compliance to Authorities regulations.
  • Formulate strategies which encompass rental review
  • Negotiate the renewal of Tenancy Agreements.
  • Perform Credit Analysis on customers
  • Develop and maintain strong Landlord-Tenant relationship.
  • Responsible for Rental Collection and monitor Credit Control of Tenants
  • Liaise with Legal Department on Legal Cases
  • Handover/Takeover of leased units
  • Performs other duties as assigned
Job Requirements
  • Diploma / Degree in Real Estate / Project and Facilities Management / Business Administration / Marketing
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience, preferably managing Industrial/Commercial rental portfolio
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin (in order to handle queries and feedbacks from Mandarin speaking clients)
  • Pleasant and cheerful personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and able to work under pressure.
  • A meticulous and responsible person with the willingness to learn and adapt
  • Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
  • Ability to work in a team
