Kyndryl is seeking a talented Customer Partner, Field Sales to leverage their enterprise sales expertise and technical domain knowledge to grow Skytap revenue and expand the client base — with a specific focus on accelerating Skytap adoption across the APAC markets. This is a collaborative and high-impact role where you’ll help enterprises modernize critical systems using innovative virtualization technologies. Working closely with teams across Kyndryl and Microsoft, you’ll be part of a supportive ecosystem that values diverse perspectives and shared success. Our current focus is on the Azure partnership, with plans to expand to additional hyperscalers — offering you the chance to contribute to a broader mission of cloud transformation. Skytap is now wholly owned by Kyndryl, the world’s largest IT infrastructure services provider. As a global cloud platform, Skytap accelerates enterprise innovation by modernizing traditional workloads — particularly IBM Power — with cloud-native services. Skytap enables rapid migration of legacy systems to Microsoft Azure, empowering businesses to adopt modern development practices, simplify management, and reduce IT costs, all while maintaining the pace their business demands.

Your Responsibilities
  • Prospect, develop, and land new Skytap customers across the region by collaborating with the Kyndryl Field and Cloud Practice teams, partnering with Azure, and working with Skytap Marketing to drive awareness and generate new business
  • Drive adoption and revenue growth from existing Skytap customers by managing long-term success and expanding monthly recurring revenue
  • Build accurate forecasts and pipeline visibility to demonstrate predictable and scalable growth
  • Deliver executive-level presentations, Business Value Assessments, and proposals to C-level stakeholders
  • Act as a trusted advisor and advocate for customer success throughout the entire customer journey

Your Qualifications
  • A self-starter with the ability to operate in a dynamic, fast-changing environment
  • Comfortable navigating complex, often ambiguous enterprise sales motions
  • Proven track record of exceeding enterprise SaaS or cloud sales targets across APAC
  • Deep experience selling Azure-related cloud services, with an ability to land and expand revenue over time
  • Strong domain knowledge in cloud platforms, infrastructure modernization, SaaS, and migration
  • Comfortable leading technical discussions and partnering with solution architects and technical teams
  • Motivated by high earning potential, personal impact, and meaningful equity opportunity
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Existing relationships across the Microsoft ecosystem highly preferred
  • Familiarity with IBM Power systems and the surrounding ecosystem is a strong advantage
