Qualifications

• Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Strong experience designing and building technology solutions with hands-on architecture.
• Proficient in automation, CI/CD, and SDLC aspects.
• Advanced understanding of agile methodologies, resiliency, and security.
• Experience with cloud-native platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Experience with public blockchain technologies (Ethereum, Solana, Hyperledger).
• Deep knowledge of the financial services industry IT systems.

Responsibilities

• Architect, design, and implement scalable solutions with engineering teams and production‑quality code.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship on architecture, design, and implementation.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to meet business, compliance, and security requirements.
• Identify and resolve technical challenges and dependencies across teams and platforms.
