Job description

Design, Coordination & Implementation

• Contribute to the design thinking and process
• To create innovative design solutions from project inception to completion.
• Conceptualization, preparation of plans/graphics/documentation/write-ups, specifications, and all other project related materials.
• Versed with drawing production SOP, format, processes and organization
• Production of design packages for Concept, Schematic Design, Design Development, Budget and Tender Documentation
• Work with internal & external stakeholders e.g. clients, consultants, contractors and workers on various design issues, submissions and the execution of the landscape site works
• Monitor & manage project progress to ensure projects are carried out within contract agreement and schedule.
• Attend project / technical / consultant meetings/tender interviews where required.
• Any other duties as and when assigned, e.g. Design competition
• Good plant knowledge and project management skills
