Job summary

Coopers Hill Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a design-focused Senior Landscape Architect to join our Asia office.

This role is a key member of our creative team, involved in a diverse range of local and international projects. You will lead multiple landscape projects from concept to construction, design internationally, and manage project teams while developing detailed drawings and ensuring constructability.

Qualifications

• Requires a Degree or Diploma in Landscape Architecture.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant industry experience with strong design proficiency.
• Excellent graphics, design skills and effective communication.
• Experience in Resort/Urban design is preferred.
• Experience working overseas or in international environments is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead landscape projects from concept to construction.
• Design and deliver international landscape projects with a proven track record.
• Manage project teams and coordinate landscape architecture work.
• Develop, modify and review landscape drawings and plans.
• Demonstrate creative thinking and contribute to design excellence.
• Engage with clients and consultants to build strong relationships.
• Travel internationally for meetings and site visits when required.

Summary

Coopers Hill is looking for design focused a Senior Landscape Architect to join our office in Asia. Senior Landscape Architects are key members of our creative team, actively involved in a diverse range of local and international projects.

Job Responsibilities

You will play an important role in:

• Leading several landscape projects creatively from concept to construction;
• Designing and delivering a range of landscape projects internationally with a track record;
• Designing and managing landscape architecture projects and teams;
• Developing, modifying and reviewing drawings for landscape architecture projects;
• Demonstrating creative thinking abilities and contributing to firm-wide design excellence and problem solving;
• Demonstrating understanding of the relationship between design and constructability;
• Incorporating integrated sustainable design solutions into projects;
• Participating in managing client relationships and representing Company Brand when meeting with clients and other consultants;
• Travel internationally for project meetings and site visits when required;
• Submit your project timesheet on every 15th and the first day of the following month;
• Any other duties assigned but not limited to the above.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, we will need you to be:

• A holder of Degree or Diploma in Landscape Architecture
• Experienced in relevant industry for a minimum of 5 years withproficiency in design
• Excellent in graphics, strong at design and skillful in communicating effectively
• Experienced in Resort / Urban design
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, BIM, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch-up, Enscape and MS Office
• Experienced in working overseas or in an international environment would be an advantage
• Responsible, mature, self-motivated, resourceful, a team player and possess excellent nterpersonal and leadership skills
