The Senior Laboratory Analyst will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and reliability of laboratory test results, contributing to the overall success of the company’s testing services. Key Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of laboratory tests and analyses in accordance with established procedures and guidelines to ensure accuracy and quality of results.
• Prepare and test samples, ensuring proper handling, labelling, and documentation throughout the testing process.
• Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment, ensuring all instruments are in good working condition and adhere to quality standards.
• Record and interpret data, compiling test results into clear and concise reports for internal and external use.
• Ensure compliance with all safety protocols, laboratory regulations, and industry standards to maintain a safe and organized working environment.
• Assist in the development and validation of new testing methods and procedures to enhance laboratory capabilities and efficiency.
• Collaborate with other laboratory personnel and departments to support project requirements and achieve shared objectives.
• Participate in quality control and quality assurance programs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Provide technical support and guidance to junior staff, promoting a culture of continuous learning and development within the laboratory.
• Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and clients, providing updates on test progress, results, and any issues encountered.
• Stay current with advancements in laboratory technology and industry trends, applying new knowledge and techniques to improve laboratory operations.
• Must be able to work on a shift pattern.
