Job summary

Tech Aalto Pte ltd in Singapore is seeking a KYC Specialist to conduct end-to-end reviews of PB/HNWI accounts, ensuring alignment with internal policies and regulatory requirements. You will benchmark SOW, write narratives, and prepare risk assessments, escalating high-risk cases.

You will apply MAS and HKMA AML/CFT guidelines across all reviews and collaborate to close documentation gaps. This role requires onsite work 100% of the time with strong analytical skills and prior AML/KYC project

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of SOW benchmarking and risk assessment writing.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to independently conduct SOW reviews and manage cases promptly.
• Previous experience on AML/KYC projects in a similar industry.
• SME knowledge on MAS and HKMA AML/CFT requirements.
• Resources onsite at premises 100% of the time.
• Onboarded onto systems.
• Engagement manager proficient in status tracking and MI reporting for project monitoring and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Conduct end-to-end KYC reviews for PB/HNWI in line with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Benchmark SOW and write narratives to assess wealth plausibility and legitimacy.
• Prepare risk assessments and escalate high-risk cases as appropriate.
• Ensure timely and accurate case management meeting internal deadlines.
• Apply MAS and HKMA AML/CFT guidelines across all reviews.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve documentation gaps and enhance KYC records.
• Status tracking, reporting, and project monitoring.
• Participate in team discussions and knowledge-sharing to uphold best practices.
