Job summary

IoTalents Pte. Ltd. is seeking a hands-on Android Engineer to develop and support critical customer journeys within a large-scale banking app. You will work in a shared native codebase across domains, collaborating with native, web, security, and platform teams.

This role requires daily production coding, strong Kotlin skills, experience with multi-module apps, and a focus on security, biometrics, and performance. You will diagnose issues and contribute to reusable native components.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of commercial Android development using Kotlin.
• Experience with Activity/Fragment lifecycles and modular Android apps.
• Proficient in Coroutines, Flow, and concurrency management.
• Hands-on platform security with Android Keystore, encrypted storage, and BiometricPrompt.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain customer authentication journeys, including biometric authentication.
• Build and support account summary and information journeys.
• Implement application navigation, deep linking, configuration, and feature management.
• Integrate customer notifications, in-app messaging, analytics, and customer insights.
• Implement secure storage and session management.
• Develop reusable native frameworks and components shared across customer journeys.
• Support integration between native and web-based journeys.
• Diagnose and resolve production issues, considering impact across the shared app.
