We are seeking a dedicated and results-oriented Senior Key Account Executive to manage and grow strategic partnerships with key retail clients. This role is responsible for driving sales performance, ensuring operational excellence, and supporting overall business development within assigned accounts.

Key Responsibilities
1. Key Account Management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners to ensure long-term collaboration and client satisfaction.
  • Monitor account performance, manage day-to-day operations, and address client needs promptly and professionally.
  • Support contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and identify new business opportunities to drive account growth.
  • Coordinate internally to ensure timely product delivery and service excellence.
2. Cross-functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with Marketing to implement promotional campaigns and initiatives aimed at increasing sales within key accounts.
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to align on account strategies, sales targets, and market insights.
3. Sales Reporting & Analysis
  • Analyze sales data to track performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
  • Prepare and present regular reports to internal stakeholders to support decision-making.
4. Budget Management Support
  • Assist in managing trade spend and contribute to budget forecasting and planning for key accounts.
Qualifications
