Responsibilities

• Daily calibration of coffee flavours.
• Prepare specialty coffee and beverages according to SOP.
• Provide information for coffee-related enquiries.
• Maintain inventory levels of coffee beans and ingredients.
• Perform cashiering duties and food preparation.
• Cultivate relationships with guests and team members.
• Manage P&L and menu offerings for coffee products.
• General housekeeping and upkeep of coffee machine.
• Experience in latte art is a plus.

Job description

JOB RESPONSIBILITY

• Daily calibration of coffee flavours at the start of shift
• Prepare specialty coffee and beverages according to SOP recipes and standards
• Provide both team and guests with information for coffee-related enquiries
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels (Coffee beans, ingredients for beverages…etc)
• Day to day operation including (Performing cashiering duties, food prep including sandwiches and bowls)
• Cultivate & maintain relationships with regular guests & team members
• In charge of the P&L and menu offerings for all coffee abd it's related products
• Perform general housekeeping including upkeeping of coffee machine
• Experience in latte art is a plus point
