Job summary

AETHELRA CONSULTING PTE. LTD. is partnering with a premier aesthetic medical clinic in Singapore seeking a qualified Aesthetic Doctor (Senior or Junior).

The role covers consultations, patient education, and a broad range of non-invasive procedures, with a focus on safety and clinical excellence. The position offers a 5-day work week, generous base salary 20,000–30,000 SGD per month plus performance commissions, and full sponsorship for accredited courses and conferences.

Qualifications

• Fully registered with the Singapore Medical Council (SMC) and holding the relevant Certificate of Competence (COC).
• Experience in aesthetic medicine is advantageous but not mandatory; motivated junior doctors are welcome.
• Possesses a warm, reassuring bedside manner and a passion for aesthetic medicine.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient consultations to design tailored aesthetic treatment plans.
• Educate patients about treatment options, outcomes, and aftercare.
• Perform non-invasive aesthetic procedures including injectables, lasers, HIFU and energy-based devices.
• Monitor patient progress and conduct thorough follow-ups.
• Maintain MOH-compliant medical records and clinic SOP adherence.
• Uphold medical ethics and patient safety in all interactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive, empathetic patient consultations to design tailored aesthetic treatment plans.
• Provide clear, professional education regarding treatment options, expected outcomes, and post-procedure care.
• Perform a wide range of advanced non-invasive aesthetic procedures, including injectables (toxins, fillers, skin boosters), lasers, HIFU, and energy-based devices.
• Monitor clinical progress and conduct thorough follow-ups with patients.
• Maintain meticulous medical records in strict compliance with Ministry of Health (MOH) guidelines and clinic SOPs.
• Uphold the highest benchmarks of medical ethics, patient safety, and hospitality at every touchpoint.

What We Are Looking For

• Qualifications: Fully registered with the Singapore Medical Council (SMC) and holding the relevant Certificate of Competence (COC).
• Experience: Prior aesthetic experience is an advantage, but not mandatory—we warmly encourage motivated junior doctors exploring the specialty to apply.
• Attributes: A genuine passion for aesthetic medicine, a commitment to lifelong learning, and a warm, reassuring bedside manner.
• Availability: Comfortable working a 5-day shift schedule that includes weekends.
