Job summary

Rongda Pacific Pte. Ltd. is seeking a carpentry/joinery professional with a diploma or degree and at least 3 years of experience.

The role requires immediate availability and the ability to work both independently and within a team on drafting, drawings, and shop drawings. You will liaise with consultants and Sub-contractors, prepare data and design information, and ensure timely, accurate measurements and submissions.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in related fields is required.
• At least 3 years of experience in carpentry/joinery.
• Able to start work immediately.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare all drafting works as directed by project manager & QS.
• Liaise with Consultants and Sub-contractors involved in the projects.
• Responsible for preparation of drawings, data & design information.
• Produce measurement fast, accurately and complete within the targeted time schedule.
• Prepare and submit 2D AutoCAD carpentry/joinery shop drawings.
• Meet with consultants, clients, sub-contractors, project manager to understand requirements.
