Job summary

TechEmerge Solutions in Singapore seeks an experienced Java/J2EE developer to design and develop applications using Java EE platforms, BPM, Spring, Spring Boot, and Angular. The role focuses on building scalable, secure web solutions and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

The position requires 8+ years of development experience, strong ORM/SQL skills, and cloud platform familiarity. Prior banking/trading applications with FIX protocol experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• At least 8 years of development experience with Java/J2EE, BPM, Spring, Spring Boot, and Angular.
• Hands on experience in designing and developing applications using Java EE platforms.
• Experience with ORM technologies such as Hibernate/TopLink and SQL/Oracle.
• Cloud platforms experience (AWS, Azure & GCP) is desirable.
• Experience in banking domain and trading applications with FIX protocol is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Interact with product owner and business to understand new requirements and demonstrate changes iteratively.
• Participate in solution design and collaborate with team for code reviews and design.
• Develop components for highly customizable user interfaces supporting multiple products.
• Ensure smooth transition to the Support team when a project is delivered to production, training, and assist with investigations of production issues.
