A leading consultancy firm in Singapore seeks a Platform Engineer – MDM (JAMF) with over 8 years of experience in managing enterprise Apple environments. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing MDM solutions using JAMF Pro, ensuring compliance, and troubleshooting issues on Apple devices. Strong skills in platform engineering, Apple ecosystems, and scripting for automation are required. The role offers a dynamic environment with opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Platform Engineering, Systems Engineering, or Endpoint Management roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with MDM solutions, specifically JAMF Pro.
• Jamf 200 certification (mandatory or strongly preferred).
• In-depth knowledge of Apple ecosystems (macOS, iOS).
• Experience working with Linux/UNIX systems.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage MDM solutions using JAMF Pro.
• Administer and support Apple platforms (macOS, iOS).
• Develop and maintain JAMF policies and compliance workflows.
• Automate endpoint management tasks using zsh and shell scripting.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Apple devices and MDM.
