A leading technology support provider in Singapore is seeking an experienced IT Support professional to manage high-quality support for end users and executives. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of IT support experience, particularly in a financial services environment. This role requires expertise in various tools and a strong ability to work independently while coordinating with teams. Interested applicants should send their resumes to the provided email.
Provide timely, high-quality Level 1 and Level 2 support for end users, ensuring all incidents and requests are resolved with professionalism and precision.
Deliver discreet, responsive, and proactive support for executives and high-profile users, both onsite and remotely.
Oversee the setup, configuration, and troubleshooting of PCs, trading phones, virtual desktops, mobile devices, printers, and key business applications (Windows OS, M365, MS Teams, Office Suite).
Maintain accurate IT and logistics inventories, apply system updates and security patches promptly, and uphold data integrity across all platforms.
Perform routine administration of Active Directory, print services, VDI environments, and Workspace One.
Partner with Corporate IT and Logistics teams to execute technology and facility projects, ensuring alignment with global standards and timelines.
Coordinate with HR and hiring managers to ensure smooth transitions, including account provisioning, workspace setup, and office access.
Manage local facility services such as lighting, HVAC, electrical systems, cleaning, and safety compliance, ensuring a secure and well-maintained work environment.
Identify opportunities to enhance support efficiency, user experience, and workplace effectiveness.
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
Minimum 5 years of relevant IT support experience, ideally within a financial services or high-performance corporate environment.
Demonstrated expertise with VDI, Workspace One, Windows OS, M365, MS Teams, and mobile device management.
Proven ability to provide white-glove support to senior management and C-suite executives, with strong judgment and confidentiality.
Strong ownership mindset — able to work independently while maintaining collaboration with regional and global teams.
