Job summary

A prominent IT service provider in Singapore is seeking an experienced IT Support Engineer to provide Level 2/3 support to End-Users and Infrastructure Devices. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in IT support, excellent communication skills, and knowledge of Windows Server. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, documentation, and managing IT infrastructure. Only fully vaccinated individuals may apply.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience providing IT support in a corporate environment.
• Experience in supporting and troubleshooting Windows 10, MS Office, Windows Server (ADFS/LDAP/WSUS) in a business environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 / 3 IT support to End-Users & Infrastructure Devices.
• Deploy, Manage and Maintain servers and networks.
• Troubleshooting Network and Server devices.

Skills

High proficiency in both written and spoken English

Windows Server Knowledge (AD, GPOs, OU Experiences)
