Job summary

SATAIR PTE. LTD. is seeking an IT Support professional to manage incidents, service requests, and asset lifecycle across local and global operations. You will coordinate major incidents, provide user training, and support regional IT activities to ensure stable, compliant IT services.

The role emphasizes hands-on troubleshooting, collaboration with service desks, and proactive handling of hardware/software assets and licenses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or 3+ years IT support experience.
• ITIL Foundation certified (v3 or v4).
• Experience with ITSM tools and Active Directory.
• Experience with CMDB and asset lifecycle management.
• Familiar with DHCP and DNS networking concepts.

Responsibilities

• Handle complex IT issues and guide juniors on approach.
• Ensure rapid resolution of user technical problems.
• Maintain a stable, supported PC environment.
• Ensure IT platform meets business requirements and licensing.
• Manage software licenses and asset inventory.
• Provide 24/7 IT support availability and incident management.
