Job summary

A logistics company in Singapore seeks a technical IT Specialist responsible for providing comprehensive technical support and managing IT infrastructure in APAC. The ideal candidate will have a degree in computer science and over 5 years of relevant experience, including IT helpdesk, infrastructure operations, and project management. Familiarity with ITIL framework and certifications is preferred. This role includes diverse tasks from server administration to IT compliance execution.

• Providing technical support to all functions of Global IT & APAC RITS
  • Provide technical support to stakeholder in case they need
• Office IT room administration
  • Office IT room environment monitor
  • A/C status monitoring
  • UPS status monitoring
  • Telephony platform status monitoring and basic setting
• Network Administration
  • Group WAN/LAN status monitoring
  • Local Internet circuit administration in all office sites
  • Route/Switch and other network device healthy check
• Physical/Virtual Server Administration
  • server/storage/tape machine device healthy check
  • Local server data backup
  • Remote virtual servers’ administration
  • Daily check report delivery
• App system platform administration
  • Active Directory management
  • HR/ADM/FIN/other local app system maintenance

Job Requirements

• University degree in the field of computer science
• 5+ years’ work experience in the field of computer science
• Experienced of IT helpdesk & Infra Operation, Project Management, Service Delivery
• Freight forwarding or 3rd part logistic industry is preferred
• Familiar with Microsoft platform, Operating Systems and Office
• Experience and knowledge on IT helpdesk and LAN maintenance
• Solid knowledge & experience on ITIL foundation
• VOIP PBX Skills as a plus
• MCSE, CCNP, PMP, ITIL certification is preferred
