Job summary

National Library Board (NLB) invites you to join the Enterprise Services team to plan and manage the development and maintenance of applications across NLB’s operations. You will collaborate with stakeholders on requirements and timelines, manage procurement, vendors and contracts to ensure robust, reliable and responsive enterprise systems contributing to NLB’s digital transformation.

Qualifications

• At least 2-3 years of relevant working experience in IT environment.
• Experience in IT application development & maintenance with SDLC management.
• Familiarity with agile development and UX is desired.
• Knowledge of web/mobile development technologies and APIs is an added advantage.
• Ability to identify opportunities to integrate AI/automation into enterprise apps and improve efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end release cycle of library software projects, ensuring upgrades are delivered on schedule with balanced new functionality and stability.
• Conduct feasibility studies and translate requirements into artefacts such as process flows, wireframes, and system specs.
• Collaborate with business users to leverage IT for their needs and prepare proposals to secure buy-in from stakeholders.
• Oversee the full lifecycle of web applications and integration of systems across platforms; manage incidents, defects, and vulnerabilities with stakeholders and vendors.
• Lead end-to-end IT procurement processes focusing on objectivity, transparency and value for money; handle maintenance, licensing and enhancement requests.
• Partner with security and compliance teams to address audit findings and timely remediation, while managing vendor relationships and contracts.
