We are looking for an experienced and results-oriented Senior IT Project/Delivery Manager to lead complex projects and drive impactful outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects end-to-end, ensuring timely delivery, budget compliance, and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Oversee planning, reporting, risk management, resource allocation, and scope control for medium to high-complexity projects.
• Develop detailed project plans, monitor progress, and address deviations or issues.
• Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and clients to meet service expectations and project goals.
• Lead regular project meetings, update stakeholders, and ensure smooth execution from start to finish.
• Manage project finances, vendor invoices, and payments.
• Coordinate with IT teams (Infrastructure, Security, Network) for project tasks.
• Plan and execute key phases, including testing, go-live, and post-implementation.
• Drive innovation, process improvement, and change management initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 12+ years of technology experience, including 8+ years in project management.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in banking projects or Java development is a plus.
• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms, especially AWS, is an advantage.
