Senior IT Infrastructure Manager

Our client is experiencing rapid growth and undergoing significant technical transformation. To support this journey, we are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior IT Infrastructure Manager to lead infrastructure strategy and operations.

This is a leadership role that combines strategic planning with hands‑on technical oversight. You will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, scalability, and security of IT infrastructure across on‑premises and cloud platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute scalable server and network strategies to meet current and future business demands.
• Align infrastructure operations with business goals and digital transformation initiatives.
• Manage the implementation and maintenance of hardware, software, and network systems—across both in‑house and remote environments.
• Ensure high availability and performance of backend infrastructure including data centres.
• Lead the planning and execution of IT infrastructure projects, including RFPs, vendor contracts, and scopes of work.
• Administer and optimize multi‑cloud environments, utilizing native cloud services and infrastructure components.
• Monitor infrastructure performance and implement preventive or corrective actions as needed.
• Manage, mentor, and inspire a lean IT Infrastructure team.
• Maintain good communication with senior stakeholders and department heads on infrastructure matters.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 8 years of hands‑on experience in managing complex system and network environments, including VLANs, WANs, and VPNs.
• At least 2 years in a leadership role managing IT infrastructure teams.
• Solid experience in protocols and systems such as Active Directory, Group Policies, Microsoft 365, Core Switching/Routing, SSL/IPSec, SANs, and Virtualization.
• Strong analytical mindset, sound decision‑making skills, and exceptional communication abilities.
