Job summary

The Resolute Hunter Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks a System Administrator Manager/Deputy Manager with at least 7 years of experience in a financial institution to join a reputable bank.

You will oversee patch management, backups, information security, DR/BCP, server and data center operations, and collaborate with vendors and stakeholders on IT projects to ensure resilient IT operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience as a System Administrator.
• Degree in IT/Information Technology/Information Security/Computer Science or related IT education.
• Strong knowledge in MySQL, MS SQL, and Microsoft Exchange.
• Relevant certifications (MCSE, RHCSA, RCHE, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Ensure IT patch management, backup operations and information security in compliance with bank policy.
• Ensure IT issues are logged and resolved promptly.
• Develop, test and review IT Disaster Recovery (DR) and Business Continuity Plan (BCP).
• Manage IT infrastructure including data center facilities and server room routines.
• Maintain servers (Windows/Linux), DR environments and storage.
• Plan IT operational expenses and infrastructure budget.
• Plan lifecycle management, capacity, and technology refresh.
• Participate in ad hoc IT projects, enhancements and vendor coordination.
